Requirement analysis is the first step of SDLC. Client had given the requirements for this project. Once gathered the requirements from client, Requirement analysis document (RAD) had prepared, which includes mainly ERP (Entity relationship diagram, DFD (Data flow diagram), Data dictionary and also includes the complete details of the project. Other than that we have mention each and every phase in the RAD, so that client can virtually view his system on the paper. This document had submitted to the client and after approval of the document project would move to the designing phase.
We had used the support ticket system for client communication which keep track the record for each and every change from client.
For designing phase we had prepared 17 different layouts. After looked into the each and every layout created by our designers and after successfully confirmation and satisfaction from client project would move to the Coding phase.
We are used the PHP and MYSQL, AJAX in the coding phase which separates in two parts: Client and Admin section, both areas are secure enough. We had give rights to Administrator for the whole project edition, and he must be authorized. This web site is dynamic so each and every phase is maintained by administrator.
After development of each module we had moved to the testing phase that includes the unit testing, integration testing, white box testing and black box testing.
After that we submit the project to the client for checking. Client had test the project and he had sent us mail for the changes. That would be completed in short time. So after successful testing from Us and client site is uploaded to the web hosting server of client.
